Yes, it is free to create your account as a seller and buyer of tickets. One account allows you to do both.

You can setup and post your first ticket in less than a minute if you're going for a time trial. 3-5 minutes is more realistic. Same for setting up an account to purchase tickets - you'll use the same account.

We are currently focusing on tickets to sporting events in the US (individual and season tickets). We also offer support for most concerts and other major events that use digital ticket transfer services.

All are welcome to transact on our platform. One party brings the tickets, the other brings the money, and we handle the rest.
Account

You can login to your ticketStand 24/7 by entering a one-time code we text or email you. We are a passwordless platform.

We require your full legal name, a valid email and phone number.

Yes, you can login from a desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile device from anywhere with an internet connection.

You can request to cancel your account from your profile page when you are logged in.
Listing and Selling

When your tickets sell, you will receive an email notification. The current status of all your listings can be viewed in your dashboard when you're logged in.

  • Delete your listing in your dashboard. This will remove your tickets from all marketplaces and deactivate all social media links you may have shared.
  • Your tickets will be returned to the account you originally transferred from shortly after deleting them.
  • If you deleted your listing after normal business hours your tickets may arrive at the beginning of the next day.

The display price you see your tickets listed will vary by marketplace. Marketplaces have various and often changing strategies on the prices they display (like airlines). Some marketplaces opt for a lower display price with a higher fee and checkout price while some marketplaces do the inverse or display the all-in check out price. Regardless of the price you are seeing on any marketplace, you will always be paid the price you set in our dashboard.

We are proud to offer our services to our sellers at no fee, or 0%. $100 asking price = $100 payout.

There are four main reasons why ticketStand needs your tickets before they can be promoted and sold.
  1. Convenience. Our goal is to provide the best user experience and service. When your tickets sell your job is already complete and our team handles the rest. We ensure the prompt and guaranteed delivery of tickets to the buyer.
  2. Buyer Guarantee. While ticketStand was originally designed for the ticket seller, we equally value the ticket buying experience. The only way to truly guarantee our buyers receive what they purchase in a timely manner is to know the tickets are available to deliver.
  3. Penalties. Instead of charging the industry standard penalty of 200+% of the order total for failing to deliver tickets, we prefer to protect both buyer and seller by only offering 100% guaranteed transactions.
  4. Exposure. Platforms have various partnerships, integrations, and rules in place regarding listing tickets on their marketplace. Without possession of the tickets we cannot confirm ownership and subsequently post your tickets on other marketplaces.

Yes, but we do not facilitate the sale of physical or PDF tickets on the platform due to the inability to authenticate and confirm delivery of these types of tickets.

When you list your tickets on ticketStand your tickets are posted on all major marketplaces and 1000+ affiliate sites so you only need to create one listing! We highly discourage redundant listings and insist you remove any existing listings after posting on ticketStand. Once your tickets sell on ticketStand they will be delivered to the buyer and we are not responsible for your double selling of the tickets and any applicate penalties assessed by marketplaces.

Some marketplaces will remove listings at the start of the event while others will keep listings available after the event begins. ticketStand removes listings and terminates social media links 30 minutes after the event starts. Tickets will be returned to the original transferred account. We recommend actively monitoring your ticket prices to ensure they are priced correctly to the market. We do not guarantee the sale of tickets, but we do guarantee they'll get a ton of exposure.

Our system is designed to prevent double selling of tickets. This allows you to share your tickets on social media platforms while we list them on 1000s of marketplaces at the same time.

Unfortunately you will not be permitted to sell your tickets on ticketStand until you are able to transfer them. Many concerts will open the transfer option the week of the event and we're happy to assist you in selling them at that time.

All sales are final. You can cancel your listing up until the tickets are purchased. If the tickets have been purchased it is too late to change your mind.

If your order has been paid we will reach out with more details. If you have not been paid for your order than nothing else needs to be done at this time. Reach out to your original point of purchase for a refund.

Your sale is still valid. Your tickets are in possession of the buyer and will be valid on the future scheduled date and time and your payment will release the day after the new date.

There are many reasons why you tickets are not selling but the most simple explanation is;
  • Demand- If your event is many months away there simply may not be a lot of people looking to purchase tickets at this time. Sale volume tends to peak the closer to the event date.
  • Supply- If there is an abundance of tickets available there is less urgency to purchase tickets.
  • Price- of course the quickest way to sell your tickets is lowering the price until you find a buyer.

Buying

When you purchase tickets through a social link they will be delivered to you by ticketStand. Please check the email you provided at the time of purchase for more information on how to accept your tickets.

When events get postponed, not cancelled, a new date and time will be scheduled. Your tickets will be honored on the new date. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or refund any postponed events but we're happy to assist you sell the tickets at no charge.

You pay what the seller is asking for plus a 3% service fee + 3% credit card processing fee. So purchasing a $100 ticket that was listed on ticketStand and purchased through a social link (a link you'll find posted on Facebook) will cost you $106.

All sales are final. If you can no longer attend your event you have the option of selling the tickets on your ticketStand account at no additional charge to you.
